Replit is seeking an experienced Growth Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain the technical backbone that enables scalable growth experiments, high-performance data pipelines, and automated systems driving user acquisition, engagement, and product iteration.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and infrastructure, combining deep technical engineering with experimentation and data-driven optimization across cloud platforms and modern CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases.
• 3+ years building backend or infrastructure-focused services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platform infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with experimentation platforms (StatSig, Segment, LaunchDarkly, or in-house).
• Familiarity with growth metrics and product analytics tools (Amplitude, etc.).
• Experience designing and scaling A/B testing systems and feature flag orchestration.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, etc).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable growth infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Data, and Backend teams to scale experiments.
• Design, implement, and maintain analytics pipelines for growth metrics.
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Support A/B testing frameworks and feature flag orchestration in production.
• Automate deployment and rollout of growth features and tests.
• Provide guidance on performance, reliability, and scalability trade-offs.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for growth infrastructure services.
• Troubleshoot production issues to optimize uptime and performance.
• Drive infrastructure as code best practices and CI/CD.
• Mentor teammates on growth infrastructure principles.
