Job summary

Cara is seeking a Talent Partner to build the team and people infrastructure behind our rapid growth in the insurance AI space. You’ll own recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and business roles, from sourcing through offer and close.

You’ll partner with founders and hiring managers on talent strategy, map exceptional candidates in the AI and insurance communities, and support onboarding, performance, and development in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting, talent, or people roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record managing searches from mapping to closing.
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and hiring managers on talent decisions.
• Strong judgment, communication, and relationship-building; handles sensitive topics.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and business roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define talent profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Identify and build relationships with exceptional talent across the AI and insurance communities.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Build scalable recruiting and people processes as Cara grows.
