Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Sr. Director, Product Management, UHNW Platform to lead the strategy and evolution of the Regis platform, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex needs.

You will own the product strategy, client and advisor experience, and technology roadmap, translating business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and scalable solutions, while collaborating with engineering, operations, and advisory teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or platform strategy experience.
• Experience in wealth management, UHNW, or family-office environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Regis platform product strategy, discovery, and client/advisor experience.
• Define a multi-year roadmap balancing business impact, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Operations, Investments, Compliance, and external partners.
• Drive platform adoption and measure engagement with new workflows and capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, integrated solutions across a multi-system ecosystem.
