Weis Markets in the United States is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help resolve concerns promptly. You will operate the front-end, scan items, bag merchandise, and assist with keeping the department clean and organized.

No prior experience required; training provided. You will follow policies for checkout accuracy, cash handling, and age-restricted sales, and you may assist in other departments as needed to support a cooperative team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and follow store policies.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers, answers questions, resolves concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Identifies and fulfills customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Operates front end scanning equipment and register, bags merchandise efficiently.
• Contacts customers by phone for questions or concerns.
• Operates picker devices to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers.
• Ensures checkout accuracy and proper cash handling, including coupons and different payment methods.
• Follows health, safety, and PPE guidelines; keeps work area clean and organized.
• Cooperates with coworkers and may assist in other departments as needed.
