You’ll work directly with customers—asking the right questions, overcoming objections, and guiding them through decisions, including financial conversations. This role requires resilience and motivation in a fast-paced environment, with structured training, coaching, and bonus potential as you build confidence and a solid foundation in sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to assess needs and present financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and inquiries.
• Ask direct follow-up questions to guide decisions.
