Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven sales role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions, asking the right questions and overcoming objections.

You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions, including discussions about money, while staying positive and applying coaching to improve performance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing, performance-driven role working directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions including conversations about money.
• Overcome hesitation or rejection and stay engaged in conversations, using coaching to improve performance.
