Kaloutas is seeking an experienced sales leader to serve as Sales Manager / Project Executive for the Portland/Scarborough market. This high-impact role focuses on building relationships, developing people, and turning market opportunities into profitable growth.

You will lead Project Managers delivering services to existing customers, pursue new business, and guide the commercial direction for the market while staying close to opportunities, customers, and execution teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general contracting, industrial services, commercial construction, or related field.
• Leadership experience guiding project managers, salespeople, or account managers.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, contractors, and partners.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and daily execution.
• Solid business and financial acumen: revenue, margin, forecasting, backlog.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and business development strategy for the region with clear targets and accountability.
• Coach and develop a small team of Project Managers responsible for customer relationships and sales growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and move opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure delivered projects meet safety and profitability targets.
• Drive weekly reviews, CRM discipline, and forecast accuracy.
