Job summary

I-State Truck Center in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Vocational Sales Administrator to support the Vocational Truck Sales team with administrative, documentation, inventory, and reporting tasks. The role acts as the central point for the sales order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order processing, timely updates, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar support role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all documentation required to complete truck and equipment sales transactions.
• Establish and maintain electronic and physical sales files.
• Utilize sales logs, project checklists, and business systems to accurately track orders from receipt through delivery.
• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Review priorities and workload regularly with department leadership.
