Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a candidate to learn specific aspects of Sales/Marketing Operations and assist in supporting Sales Representatives and Account Management personnel in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Health Care or 4 years health care/customer service experience, plus licensing and travel readiness. The position offers growth and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 4 years health care/customer service experience.
• Group I state insurance license within first 6 months in position.
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; telephone, public relations and customer skills; composing presentations, and summarizing findings.
• Analytical and math skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback; ability to represent company in sales or account management.
• PC proficiency and skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
• Ability to travel including overnight stays.
• Current Driver License in state of operations.

Responsibilities

• Learning specific aspects of the Sales/Marketing Operations; assisting in or supporting Sales Representatives/Account Management personnel in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.
• Support Sales/Marketing Operations activities and customer interactions as needed.
