Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is seeking a proactive Retirement Plan Advisor for an Irvine-based role within a boutique wealth management firm. You will lead and deepen retirement plan relationships, helping expand the practice by partnering with plan sponsors and leading education meetings on-site.

Requires 5+ years advising retirement plans, strong knowledge of 401(k)/403(b)/ERISA, and a proactive, growth-minded approach. Base salary $100,000–$125,000 with roughly 10% bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing retirement plan advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) and ERISA plans.
• Proactive, growth-minded and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead relationship manager for retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), ERISA-governed).
• Partner with plan sponsors on fiduciary responsibilities, plan design and ongoing service.
• Lead sponsor and employee education meetings with client-site visits.
• Retain and grow existing relationships and support launching the firm’s PEP.
