Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor to help individuals plan their financial future through presentations to defined contribution plan participants across multiple sizes. You will use data-driven analysis to drive conversations, meet SLAs, and support Relationship Management by building key stakeholder relationships in Southern California (West San Bernardino/Riverside/Pasadena).

This role requires being based in the territory and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in financial services.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retirement readiness reviews and group presentations to plan participants.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders for assigned locations.
• Manage meetings and travel arrangements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Help achieve service level agreements and business results.
