Job summary

Empower Retirement in Southern California is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor to help participants reach financial freedom through group and individual presentations on 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and Government 457 plans.

Based in the West San Bernardino/Riverside area, you will develop partnerships with key stakeholders, conduct on-site and virtual meetings, manage travel, and document activity in Salesforce to stay compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years relevant financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations within timeline.
• Ability to meet in person in Southern California territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in each location within the territory.
• Lead virtual and on-site meetings using various technologies.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Achieve plan and individual goals to meet service level agreements and business results.
• Participate in client meetings and sales events as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve effectiveness.
