Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales with proven success.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and cross-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
