Qualifications

• Multi-family housing management experience.
• Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage a team in a high-volume environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience with Entrata software is preferred.
• College degree is preferred; ARM/CAM designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and development for onsite team.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy targets.
• Manage resident relations, inquiries, and concerns.
• Drive financial results and budget adherence.
• Gathers market trends and informs marketing strategies.
• Lead leasing efforts and team development.
• Coordinate with Service Director on property conditions.
• Oversee bookkeeping, rent collection, and reports.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal standards.
