Job summary

3Search is seeking two Project Managers for its Central Texas team to lead complex fire alarm projects through all phases. You will focus on project execution, financial management, scheduling, and client communication in collaboration with on-site installation teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Project Management experience, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and excellent communication. PMP or NICET certifications are a plus but not required.

• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fire alarm projects from kickoff through completion.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks.
