PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists in Boone, NC, offering a strong growth path through mentorship and in-house residency-style programs. You’ll work with a diverse caseload across orthopedics and sports medicine, with ongoing professional development and access to evidence-based resources.

The role provides a base salary of $83,000–$105,000 per year, monthly incentive bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
