Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Boone, NC clinic inside Appalachian State's stadium. The role offers $80,000-$100,000 per year plus productivity incentives, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and 401(k) with a 4% match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or eligible for NC licensure.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine PT.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education for return-to-sport and everyday recovery.
• Treat orthopedic and sports injuries using dry needling, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, and blood flow restriction training.
• Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a residency- and fellowship-trained team.
