Job summary

PT Solutions in Pineville, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. You’ll gain mentorship, participate in ABTPRFE-accredited residency-style programs, and enjoy in-house CE courses, a library of research, and data-driven patient care using Limber Health software.

The role offers a competitive base salary ($83,000–$105,000/year), monthly incentives, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
