Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to care and support diverse caseloads across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. A six-week onboarding program and in-house continuing education support growth and development.

Base salary ranges from $77,000 to $90,000 per year, with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus. Paola, KS clinic location offers a culture-focused, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
