Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other required state certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and technologies and apply them appropriately.
