Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Personal Lines Producer in Texas to grow a book of personal insurance including Homeowners, Auto, and Renters. You will focus on new client acquisition, relationship building, and consultative risk solutions while supporting agency profitability.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, 1–3+ years of sales or client-facing experience, and strong interpersonal skills. You will quote with multiple carriers and educate clients on policy features.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Producer License (state-specific).
• 1–3+ years in insurance sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new personal lines clients through referrals, networking, inbound leads, and community involvement.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals established by the agency.
• Conduct client consultations to assess individual risk exposures and insurance needs.
• Present coverage options and provide clear recommendations tailored to each household.
• Quote new business with multiple carriers and follow up promptly on proposals.
• Educate clients on policy features, limits, deductibles, and endorsements.
• Cross-sell additional products such as life and health insurance when licensed.
• Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and account rounding.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect data within the agency management system/CRM.
