The role requires an active Property & Casualty license and 1–3+ years in insurance sales or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new personal lines clients through referrals and networking.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals.
• Conduct client consultations to assess risk exposures and needs.
• Present coverage options and tailor recommendations.
• Quote new business with multiple carriers and follow up on proposals.
• Educate clients on policy features, limits, and endorsements.
• Cross-sell life and health products when licensed.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and carrier appetites.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after sale.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Assist with policy reviews, renewals, and remarketing.
