Job summary

The position focuses on using consultative sales to identify and meet customers' financial needs, acquiring new households, cross-selling, and maintaining a high standard of service while managing risk and following

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and verbal/written communication.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other Marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Primarily focused on cross-selling to existing customer base and engaging in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
