Job summary

Bertram Capital in Foster City, CA, is seeking an Investment Associate to join the team for a Summer 2027 start. You will work with senior members on new investment opportunities, evaluate investments, and help manage portfolio growth strategies.

The role involves deal execution, add-on acquisitions, and rigorous financial modeling to support growth in portfolio companies. This position targets candidates with 1–3 years in investment banking and strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of investment banking experience.
• Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling.
