Job summary

Sandvik Group seeks a Parts & Services Sales Representative based in White Pine, TN to drive aftermarket growth, manage a defined customer portfolio, and deliver commercial solutions across parts, service, rebuilds, and lifecycle offerings.

You will collaborate with internal teams, lead pricing and proposals, and cultivate strong customer relationships while traveling extensively to customer sites and ensuring safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a mechanical, industrial, or mining-related field; ongoing sales development is expected.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development within mining or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and develop customer portfolios.
• Experience with consultative solution selling and lifecycle offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Parts & Services revenue, growth, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
• Manage and grow customer relationships through regular site visits and business reviews.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the Parts & Services portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer solutions and lead commercial discussions.
