Job summary

Greenbaum Stiers Strategic Marketing Group is seeking a seasoned Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing paid media team. This full-time W-2 role manages campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads, driving client growth and retention through data-driven optimization.

You will own account performance, troubleshoot issues, and present actionable insights to improve lead quality and efficiency while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media experience.
• Strong Google Ads proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing real advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of lead generation.
• Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 15-20 paid media accounts.
• Monitor campaigns against established KPIs.
• Analyze cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and customer acquisition cost.
• Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structure, keywords, audiences, and ad creative.
• Review search terms and identify new opportunities.
• Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues.
• Identify performance trends before they become larger problems.
• Present data-driven recommendations.
• Communicate campaign performance clearly with internal team members.
• Help improve both lead quantity and lead quality.
