You will be responsible for driving business sales, managing client relationships, and achieving specific sales goals. Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven sales success.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Personable, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annualized new business sales of $175k.
• Retain at least 92% of business year over year.
• Develop sales business plan and use effective prospecting strategies.
