DH Pace Company is seeking an Operations Manager for our Las Vegas, NV office. You will lead the commercial operations and personnel, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of services in the Las Vegas metro area.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and personnel. Travel for training and field work may be required as part of growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 2 years’ experience as Department/Operations/Project Manager in service or construction-related fields.
• Experience managing service or installation teams for mechanical/electrical products is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial operations and personnel to execute work safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and customer satisfaction to meet annual goals.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; coach for performance and accountability.
