Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage banking and sale environments.
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/HUD VA and investor guidelines.
• NMLS registration is required.
• Ability to plan and develop business contacts and market effectively.

Responsibilities

• Market and originate mortgage loans meeting guidelines.
• Structure loans to comply with product rules and investors.
• Submit via DU/LP and verify borrower eligibility.
• Enter data into origination systems and order appraisals.
• Provide borrowers with required disclosures and LE; re-disclosures as needed.
• Price loans and secure lock agreements; review CD prior to closing.
• Maintain communication with agents, borrowers, processors and closers.
