Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, participate in case conferences, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and a care team to support clients on their path to stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
