Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and B2B environments serving CPG customers.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, pricing, and profitability.
• Ability to translate market/consumer insights into strategies, priorities, and actionable plans.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across Sales, Commercial, Technical, and global teams.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and customer-facing programs; US market preferred.
