Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Brand Manager for the Agricultural Ingredients business in Turlock, CA. This onsite role leads portfolio strategy, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and market leadership.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance to define and execute go-to-market plans, launch new products, and optimize SKU performance. A strong background in food science/engineering with business acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably in the food or flavor business.
• Technical bachelor’s degree in food science or engineering with an MBA preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize projects and navigate ambiguity.
• Analytical and detailed mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to navigate a complex matrix organization.
• Action-oriented, self-starter with managerial courage.
• Creative thinker and team player with customer contact in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and interpret customer, consumer, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic product strategy including market analysis and pricing strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Finance.
• Prepare and manage product launches and SKUs; support S&OP and portfolio health.
• Monitor competitive actions and market trends; provide strategic recommendations.
• Visit customers as needed; act as product expert to the sales team.
• Collaborate globally to optimize pricing and value proposition.
