Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-5 years of marketing/admissions experience in healthcare.
• Previous experience in marketing or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure census goals.
• Submit a weekly calendar of scheduled marketing appointments to the Administrator.
• Make daily contact with acute care case managers, social workers, discharge planners and physicians.
• Manage patient family relationships and assist with admissions paperwork.
• Assess potential patients in local hospitals and answer questions about the facility.
• Maintain a database of physician and case manager contacts and profiles.
• Participate in local community events to promote visibility and increase census.
• Oversee inquiries from physicians and hospital discharge planners and respond within 15 minutes.
