Job summary
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Marketing/Sales professional to drive growth for our McCreary County Rehab & Wellness Center in Kentucky. You will coordinate strategic plans, perform external outreach, and collaborate with the facility team to meet census and quality goals.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years in sales/marketing; healthcare experience is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Signature
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement an effective strategic plan for the facility.
- Complete external sales calls on target market.
- Manage the facility’s admissions process and collaborate to achieve census and quality mix goals.
- Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources.
