• Experience with CRMs (Salesmate preferred) and email tools (Instantly).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-client/workflow management.
• Self-starter who follows structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inbox Management: Monitor multiple inboxes and identify leads and responses.
• Sales Pipeline Coordination: Update pipelines and categorize stages; verify contact data.
• Outreach Execution: Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach in sequences.
• Client-Facing Support: Prepare for calls, schedule meetings, and share intro videos.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Respond to internal requests, review reports, and log work in Clockify.
