Job summary

Essential Oxygen is seeking a part-time marketer (~15 hrs/week) to translate consumer behavior signals into growth strategies and speak fluently about the financial impact of every dollar spent. The role focuses on measurement, insights, and optimization across Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and marketplace channels.

You will partner with Brand Marketing and E-Commerce leads to forecast, measure, and optimize campaigns, while supporting budget decisions grounded in measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience turning consumer behavior signals into growth strategies.
• Ability to translate marketing data into ROI and CAC insights.
• Proficiency with multi-channel performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing measurement infrastructure across digital channels.
• Develop reporting frameworks for leadership visibility into marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reporting across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, paid media, email, SEO, and organic social.
• Develop ROI analyses translating campaign performance into CAC, contribution margin, and payback periods.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership on budget planning and forecasting.
