Nourish is scaling quickly and the Data Analytics Lead will own end-to-end analytics within a business function—shaping our data roadmap, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, and enabling smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.

This role blends analytics engineering and strategic insights: you’ll build clean, scalable data models and pipelines, surface actionable insights, and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Product & Design teams to define Nourish’s long‑term

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of analytics ownership in a fast-growth setting.
• Deep domain expertise in analytics engineering with SQL and data tooling.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the full analytics stack for a business-critical function—raw data to dashboards and insights.
• Deliver high-impact analyses in partnership with stakeholders to guide strategy.
• Build intuitive dashboards for diverse audiences to enable fast decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate pipelines and maintain a trusted data source.
• Champion a data-first culture with documentation and clear messaging.
• Use experimentation, forecasting, and predictive analytics to inform product strategy.
