Superbolt, a growth marketing agency in New York, seeks a Junior Copywriter to join our NYC Creative Team. You’ll craft digital copy across paid social ads, emails, landing pages, and brand messaging, collaborating with designers and marketers to drive conversion for mission-driven brands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience (digital advertising, branding, or content creation preferred).
• Strong writing with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling voice.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging copy for paid social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.), email, landing pages, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives to build cohesive campaigns.
• Brainstorm and pitch ad concepts, scripts, and taglines for various brands.
• Conduct audience and competitive research to inform creative decisions.
• Incorporate data and performance insights to refine messaging and improve results.
• Participate in internal reviews, creative presentations, and client calls.
