Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to hit production goals.
• Build strong relationships with Specialty Carriers for pricing and access to coverage.
• Pre-qualify submissions following Carrier guidelines.
• Analyze submissions to determine best Carrier, coverage, forms, and premium.
• Gather client risk information and identify exposure to quote.
• Stay ahead of industry trends affecting underwriting guidelines and premiums.
• Educate partners on RPS’s full range of risk solutions.
• Lead and train support team when assigned.
• Travel as needed to engage with clients and carriers.
