Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in Paterson, NJ is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive profitability, and ensure food safety. You will supervise Supervisors and lead teams to achieve outstanding performance.

Responsibilities include developing goals, recruiting and training staff, implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, and translating financial reports into actionable improvements while partnering with the Area Director.
