World Finance in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support the Branch Manager and help the branch grow. You will guide customers toward sound financial choices, process loan applications, take payments, and assist with loan closings.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. We offer hourly pay, benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and a company 401(k) match, with opportunities to grow

• Experience providing customer service.
• Ability to process loan applications and payments.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closings on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
