Job summary

So Good So You in Minnesota is seeking a Finance Manager to own the P&L across product lines and sales channels, combining FP&A, commercial finance, and supply chain finance. You will forecast, analyze, and report with leadership, partnering with Marketing, Sales and other teams to drive profitable growth.

You will build financial plans, model scenarios, and contribute to pricing, trade strategy, and long-range planning while delivering actionable insights and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication
• Track record of being accurate and detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, respond quickly, and smoothly adjust to changes
• Able to establish processes, make process improvements, and effectively organize own work
• Experience using ERP systems to identify and extract the right data to provide meaningful analysis and insights
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet expected goals within stated timeframes
• Ability to work in a hands‑on environment and work across functional groups
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost accounting principles
• Demonstrated leadership, decision making, and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to create and own the entirety of P&L forecasts
• Communicate financial results with action-oriented insights
• Drive P&A and reporting efforts through strategic planning, budgeting, and long-range financial initiatives
• Develop and support business plans to drive profitable and sustainable growth
• Prepare forward looking financial modeling and investment decision analysis
• Provide external perspective on customers, suppliers, competitors, and the industry
• Identify and pursue opportunities and capabilities that deliver against the business model and strategy
• Partner with cross functional department leads to fuel collaborative budgeting and performance-driven initiatives.
• Continuously improve by simplifying processes, reducing manual work, strengthening controls, and improving the quality and timeliness of financial information.
• Lead by doing, providing direction and coaching to cross functional partners while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution, problem solving, and critical deliverables.
