Job summary

ULTRA is seeking a Director of Ecommerce & Digital Product in New York to own merchandising across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. You will optimize storefronts, experiments, and the tech stack while collaborating with growth, data, and creative teams.

You’ll translate customer behavior into site improvements, manage external dev resources, and leverage AI tools to prototype features quickly. This is a fast-moving, data-driven role focused on scaling a nicotine-free pouch brand.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in ecommerce, digital product, or DTC operations at a consumer brand.
• Hands-on Shopify experience (Plus preferred) and familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon and/or TikTok Shop.
• Proven CRO programs that moved metrics beyond experiments.
• Experience owning a digital product roadmap and managing external dev resources.
• Familiar with modern ecommerce tooling: Klaviyo, GA4, Replo or similar landing page tools.

Responsibilities

• Own storefront merchandising across Ultra’s DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Drive conversion rate optimization with structured testing and data-driven hypotheses.
• Own the digital product roadmap and manage agency/dev partners.
• Evaluate and optimize ecommerce tech stack and integrations.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and leverage AI tooling for rapid prototyping.
