American Power & Gas LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to join our technical team in a full-time, on-site role in Florida. You will blend business insight with analytics to drive performance across marketing, sales, and operations.

You will work with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Looker to develop measurement frameworks, deliver regular performance insights, and build predictive models that inform key leadership decisions. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years of data, reporting, and analysis experience in a quantitative business environment (sales/marketing preferred).
• Proficiency with Power BI or Looker/Tableau to report KPIs and trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex calculations.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write queries to retrieve data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Power BI and data analytics; build measurement frameworks for success and optimization.
• Routinely represent Analytics in cross-functional status and reporting meetings.
• Provide regular performance trends, forecasts, and insights for marketing and sales leaders and senior management.
• Develop tools and techniques with cross-functional teams to identify analytics opportunities and improve performance.
• Establish data-driven frameworks for lead distribution, scoring, and pipeline management to maximize sales results.
• Develop predictive models and proformas for leadership to anticipate issues and capitalize on opportunities.
