American Power & Gas in Florida is seeking a Data Analyst to join our technical team in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will develop measurement frameworks, analyze performance across marketing and sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with data reporting, Power BI/Looker/Tableau, advanced Excel, and SQL, along with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of data reporting and analysis experience in a quantitative business environment.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculated metrics).
• Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to present data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs to define success and prioritize tests.
• Provide regular performance trends, forecasts, and insights for marketing, sales, and senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytics solutions and improve processes.
• Design and implement a lead distribution framework and lead quality scoring methodology.
• Develop predictive models and what-if scenarios to guide business decisions.
