Job summary

HUB International seeks a Cross-Sell Data Analyst in Orlando to identify cross-sell opportunities across regions and lines of business. You will analyze producer books, leverage data mining and analytics to uncover insights, and collaborate with national teams to drive cross-selling initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in data-related fields, 5+ years in a similar role, and experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a major in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics.
Insurance Industry experience required.
At least 5+ years of experience in the same or related role preferred.
Experience using Power BI and/or AI tool.
Dynamics 365 experience.
Ability to apply an investigative approach and work with large data sets to uncover cross-selling opportunities.
Ability to create standard and ad hoc reports.
Ability to derive insights and create recommendations.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analyses of producers' books to identify potential cross-sell leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.
Utilize data mining and analytics/AI methods to generate insights into prospects and benchmarks.
Identify trends within the data and provide actionable recommendations for producers.
Generate reports in Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
Build and maintain relationships with producers and stakeholders.
Perform additional job-related duties as needed.
