Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of producers' books to identify cross-sell leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Utilize data mining and analytics/AI methods to generate insights on prospects and opportunities.
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for producers.
• Generate reports in Power BI, Excel, and other tools based on collected data.
• Build and maintain relationships with producers, cross-selling teams, and stakeholders.
• Perform additional job-related duties as needed.
