• Conducts financial and statistical analysis on marketing and execution activities.
• Performs research and prepares supporting documentation for transactions.
• Assists in due diligence efforts on transactions.
• Works in deal teams from initial client contact through closing.
• Performs valuation analysis of private and public companies.
• Executes advanced financial modeling in Excel.
