Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of full-time investment banking experience required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Claude and ChatGPT.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 79 licenses.
• Value and possess strong competency in Collaboration, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity and Operating with Diverse and Inclusive Mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and company fundamentals.
• Prepare client presentation materials, including pitch books and detailed industry overviews across Consumer & Retail sub-sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models, including DCF valuations, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses.
• Support the evaluation of corporate finance alternatives, including M&A, capital structure optimization, acquisition financing, and debt capital markets transactions.
• Assist in live deal execution by performing financial and operational due diligence, preparing transaction materials, and tracking workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to support client coverage and relationship development.
