Subway is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounting Department. You will work closely with senior staff and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, monthly closings, balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and supporting audits. BA in Accounting and 1–3 years of related experience required, with strong Excel and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile transactions.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assist with financial statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support bank reconciliations and account verification.
• Assist with audits and gather documentation for inquiries.
